We are a locally owned and operated home inspection company. And rest assured, your home inspection will be conducted by a California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) certified home inspector. Additionally, your detailed property inspection report meets and exceeds the standards set by the California Real Estate Inspection Association. Affiliations, Qualifications, & Training

  • Randy Keys is the owner and principal inspector for RK Home Inspection Services. He is an active member of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA.) He is a member in good-standing of the Kern County CREIA Chapter, and Randy is committed to continuing education through full participation in CREIA's programs and home inspection workshops.  We closely follow CREIA's Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice - both are recognized by the California Business and Professions Codes and are considered the standard of care by the real estate industry and legal profession in the state.  In short, your home inspection is performed to the highest ethical and professional standards.
